Larry Bond
Co-Founder & Chairman
Larry Bond co-founded Inspire Living with his brother Rob Bond in 2020 and serves as its Chairman.

Mr. Bond is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a degree in Real Estate and Finance. He has been a frequent speaker on business and the environment at numerous real estate conferences including Urban Land Institute where he also contributed to a book on mixed-use development.
He is a former board member of the Homeland Security Council and an active member of the Los Angeles Business Council, the National Association of Home Builders, and International Council of Shopping Centers amongst others. He is a founder and former chair of Young Presidents Organization YPO Angeleno Gold and was a former chair of YPO Malibu.
Rob Bond
Co-Founder & President
Rob Bond co-founded Inspire Living with his brother Larry Bond in 2020 and serves as its President.

He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Master of Science Degree in real estate investment analysis and appraisal theory with a concentration in finance. He also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in finance and a degree in economics from the same university.
He is a founder and former chair of Young President Organization Chicagoland Chapter. He has appeared in WSJ, Investor Business Daily, as well as several industry periodicals discussing mixed-use development and the retail marketplace. Member of the Metropolitan Planning Council, Board of Trustees for the Wisconsin Center for Real Estate, Economic Club of Chicago, and City Club of Chicago.
